At Superhuman Bikes, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. If your ride isn't perfectly suited to your performance needs, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all manuals and components included to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bike or accessory, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
