Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For custom builds, please allow an additional 3-5 days for precision assembly and testing.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handle bars, and pedals. A comprehensive tool kit and step-by-step video guide are included with every purchase.
What is your return policy for high-performance gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your performance, you can return the bike in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate restocking fee.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Yes, every Superhuman bike comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on all original components and electronic parts.
